Obligations accrued prior to termination survive.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and linked policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Infused Nirvana, superseding all prior understandings.
No waiver shall be implied by our failure to enforce any provision.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue for any permitted court action lies in Laramie County, Wyoming.

Arbitration – Except for small-claims disputes, any controversy arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Rules, held virtually or in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded. Class or representative actions are waived.

SECTION 19 – SMS/MMS MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS

By opting in to Infused Nirvana text messages, you consent to receive autodialed and/or prerecorded marketing messages at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opt Out: Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Messages are transmitted via third-party providers; we are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
Program available only to U.S. residents 21+.
Do not send or post unlawful, harassing, or obscene content through our SMS program.

SECTION 20 – SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize automatic recurring billing at the stated interval (weekly, monthly, or annually) until canceled.
Before confirming purchase, you will see clear notice of auto-renewal terms.
After purchase, you will receive an email confirming the subscription and cancellation instructions.
You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support@infusednirvana.com.
No partial-period refunds unless required by law. Price changes will be notified in advance.

SECTION 21 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For safety reasons, we accept returns of unopened, sealed consumables within 14 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days with photo evidence for replacement or refund.
Opened consumables cannot be returned due to health regulations.

SECTION 22 – SHIPPING AND AGE VERIFICATION

We ship only within the U.S. to states where hemp-derived THC products are lawful.
Adult (21+) signature may be required on delivery.
Orders returned for age-verification failure, refusal, or incorrect address may incur a restocking fee.
Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handoff.
