INFUSED NIRVANA – CANCELLATION, SHIPPING & RETURN “ORDERS POLICY” (2025)

1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. Because most orders are processed quickly after being placed, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Cancellation Requests:

  • You may email us at support@infusednirvana.com immediately after placing your order to request a cancellation or change. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee we will receive or process it before your order ships.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return (see Section 3) after receiving your package.
  • Shipping costs on canceled or returned packages are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • If a package cannot be delivered because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by you, Infused Nirvana is not responsible for replacement, refund, or credit.
  • If possible, you may retrieve and return the unopened product in perfect condition (at your expense) for a refund.

We appreciate your understanding — we process and fulfill orders rapidly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

  1. General Information

Infused Nirvana currently ships within the United States only to locations where hemp-derived Δ9 THC products are lawful under federal and state regulations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any jurisdiction that restricts hemp-derived THC products.

  1. Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak demand periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  1. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  1. Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to you. Infused Nirvana is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss in transit, or packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

  1. Adult Signature and Age Verification

Certain orders may require adult (21+) signature upon delivery. Orders refused for lack of age verification may incur a restocking fee (see Section 3).

  1. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please use your carrier’s tracking system for real-time status updates.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge that carrier timelines and delivery conditions are beyond our direct control.

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and take pride in the quality of our products. Because our items are consumable and regulated, we follow strict return and refund guidelines for safety and compliance.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Only unopened, sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Digital or promotional items (e.g., coupons, bonuses) are non-refundable.
  1. How to Initiate a Return
  • Contact support@infusednirvana.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).
  • We will respond with return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs unless the return is due to a verified product defect or fulfillment error.
  • We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Infused Nirvana is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns that fail inspection (opened, damaged, or missing packaging) may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@infusednirvana.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
  1. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
  • Shipments returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or age-verification failure will be subject to:
  • A deduction of original shipping cost, and
  • Up to a 20% restocking fee before refund issuance.

Important Notes

  • All sales are final after 14 days unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • We cannot accept returns on opened consumables for any reason, including taste preference.
  • Compliance and safety standards prohibit resale of returned items.
