Eligibility and Minimum Requirements • You must be 21 years of age or older to become an affiliate. • Residency must be in a jurisdiction where Delta-9 THC products are legal for adult use. • Affiliates must provide accurate, up-to-date information during sign-up and throughout their participation. • All affiliate applications are subject to approval by Infused Nirvana.⸻2. Brand Representation Standards • Affiliates agree to represent Infused Nirvana, its products, and its values truthfully and respectfully. • Do not make unsubstantiated medical claims or imply health benefits beyond those legally allowed. • Content must promote responsible use and follow platform-specific community guidelines. • Infused Nirvana reserves the right to revoke affiliate status for violations, misrepresentations, or actions that harm the brand.⸻3. Content Guidelines • Pre-approval for posts is not required, but Infused Nirvana may request edits or takedowns of content that violates brand or legal standards. • Affiliates must clearly disclose paid or sponsored content, in compliance with FTC regulations. • Marketing content should not target minors in theme, visuals, or language. • Use of offensive, misleading, or false claims in promotion will result in immediate termination from the program.⸻4. Payment and Commission Terms • Standard commission rate is 10% of net sales from customer purchases made via your referral code or tracking link. • Net sales = gross sales minus any returns, refunds, discounts, or promotional credits linked to your referrals. • Commissions are based on net sales from the previous calendar month. • Payments are processed within 15 business days of month-end. • You must accumulate at least $10 in earned commissions before a payout is issued. • A valid payment method must be provided and maintained in your affiliate dashboard.⸻5. Prohibited Practices • You may not: • Misrepresent yourself as an official Infused Nirvana representative. • Repackage or resell any product without written authorization. • Violate advertising policies of platforms you use (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).⸻6. Termination & Modification • You may terminate your participation at any time. Infused Nirvana may do the same, with or without cause. • Infused Nirvana may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies agreement to new terms. • Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions below the $10 threshold and must cease use of all brand assets.⸻7. Intellectual Property • You may use only approved logos, product images, and content provided by Infused Nirvana. • No edits or modifications to branding are permitted without written permission. • All brand materials remain the exclusive property of Infused Nirvana.⸻8. Liability & Indemnification • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. • Infused Nirvana is not liable for platform restrictions, third-party disputes, or legal violations arising from your content. • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infused Nirvana from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your participation.
